Service providers

We use service providers including Amazon Web Services for hosting, PhonePe for payments, and MSG91 and ValueFirst for OTP delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.

We use technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted network access and managed secret storage. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update your profile in the app and request account or privacy assistance by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or law.
